G. Michael Russo is a candidate for the degree of Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Counselor Education and Supervision with a graduate minor in Applied Statistics from the University of Mississippi. Russo is interested in research relating to neuroscience-informed counseling, neurofeedback, anxiety, and crisis. He currently serves as the Editorial Assistant (2020-2021) for Counseling Outcome Research & Evaluation (CORE), a journal of the Association for Assessment and Research in Counseling (AARC), and division of the American Counseling Association (ACA). Additionally, Russo serves as a member (2020-2021) of the ACA Publications Committee and a member (2018-2021) of the Neuroscience Task Force of The American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
